Lab Rat..........

I went through a screening process here at our local university and guess what???

I am going to be a Lab rat for 6 months. It's a diet and exercise study.

On my way to bed right now....but I will post more later to let you all know what I will be doing.

Time flies.....I can't believe it's nearly August already!!
